Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of secondary market property listings.
Conduct property viewings and provide clients with professional guidance.
Generate and follow up on leads through calls, inquiries, and CRM systems.
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful transactions.
Stay updated with Dubai real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations.
Maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and service.
Prepare and present property proposals to potential buyers.
Ensure all documents and procedures comply with RERA regulations.
Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience in Dubai secondary market (preferred).
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
RERA certification is an advantage.
Fluent in Arabic ; English or additional languages is a plus.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Confident, professional, and target-driven.
