Key Responsibilities
Specialize in Dubai's
secondary market properties
(ready-to-move units, resales, off-plan resales).
Build and maintain a strong client network through referrals, calls, and market activities.
Advise clients on current property trends, market value, and investment opportunities.
Manage property listings across major portals and company channels.
Conduct viewings, negotiate deals, and close sales professionally.
Stay updated with Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations, RERA laws, and real estate procedures.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
Proven experience in Dubai secondary market real estate
.
RERA certification (preferred, or willing to obtain).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong client relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and ambitious.
Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
