Key Responsibilities:



Promote and sell Vincitore's luxury real estate projects to clients and investors. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through professional communication and follow-ups. Stay up to date with Dubai's real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings. Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management..

Requirements:



Proven

experience in Dubai real estate sales

(off-plan or ready properties preferred). Strong

sales negotiation and communication skills

. Dynamic, confident, and results-driven personality. Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team. Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory).

Languages Preferred:

Multilingual candidates are highly valued. Proficiency in

Arabic, Russian, Turkish, Italian, German, Chinese, Farsi, Spanish, or French

is a strong advantage.
