Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management..
Requirements:
Proven
experience in Dubai real estate sales
(off-plan or ready properties preferred).
Strong
sales negotiation and communication skills

Dynamic, confident, and results-driven personality.
Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
Languages Preferred:
Multilingual candidates are highly valued. Proficiency in
Arabic, Russian, Turkish, Italian, German, Chinese, Farsi, Spanish, or French
is a strong advantage.
