We are looking for a Sales Executive / Property Consultant who is motivated, well - organized individual and who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with the customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing new business through cold calling/emailing, marketing or business presentation
Exploring market trends to identify the most profitable areas.
Face to face meetings to identify and engage prospective new clients.
Assist sellers and buyers in marketing and buying property for the right price under the best terms.
Provides guidance to clients to improve their investments or options.
Conducting viewing and follow-up.
Maintain regular contract with all clients.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Real Estate (minimum 1 year)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Proficiency in CRM software.
