Key Responsibilities

Advise buyers, sellers, and investors on residential and commercial property opportunities across Dubai. Conduct property viewings, manage negotiations, and guide clients through the full sales or leasing process. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Stay up to date with Dubai real estate market trends, communities, pricing, and regulatory updates. Consistently work toward achieving monthly sales targets and KPIs. Deliver exceptional customer service by providing tailored property solutions based on client needs.
Experience Requirements

Minimum 1 year of sales experience (any industry)

Candidates will be subject to a

2-month probation period

2+ years of Dubai real estate experience

Mandatory Requirements

Valid

UAE Driving License

(required for client meetings and property tours). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Customer-focused mindset with excellent relationship management skills.
Preferred Skills

Solid understanding of Dubai's real estate market, key communities, and RERA regulations. Fluency in

English

is required; Arabic or additional languages are a strong advantage.
