Property Consultant

to join our growing team in Dubai. This role offers an exceptional uncapped earning potential with

Responsibilities:

Generate leads and identify potential buyers and sellers of properties in Dubai. Conduct market research and stay updated on property trends, prices, and new developments. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements. Show properties to prospective clients and highlight their features and benefits. Negotiate sales and lease agreements between buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords. Prepare and review contracts, ensuring all legal requirements are met. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond. Participate in property exhibitions, open houses, and other promotional activities. Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in real estate sales

, preferably within the Dubai market. Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate landscape and RERA regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
