Job Responsibilities:
Advise clients on buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options
Conduct property viewings and client meetings
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Negotiate deals and successfully close transactions
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and handover
Stay updated on Abu Dhabi real estate market trends and regulations
Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
Requirements:
Sales or customer service experience (real estate experience is an advantage)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated mindset
Willingness to work on a commission-based structure
Knowledge of Abu Dhabi real estate market is a plus
UAE driving license preferred
