We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Off-Plan Specialist to manage the sale and promotion of off-plan properties from top developers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying investment opportunities, guiding clients through the sales process, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell off-plan properties from major UAE developers Advise clients on market trends, property options, and investment opportunities Build and maintain strong client relationships Manage end-to-end sales transactions Represent SASA Real Estate professionally at client meetings and property launches
Requirements:
3-5 years of real estate experience in the UAE (off-plan sales) Valid UAE driving license and own car Must be ready to join immediately Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Familiarity with leading UAE developers and their projects
