PROPERTY CONSULTANT, OFFPLAN PROPERTIES

- Proven working experience as a real estate agent.
- Knowledgeable with the current trend in Off-Plan Property Market Projects.
- Proven track record of successful real estate sales.
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
- Must have a network of agents/investors.
- Target driven and motivated to achieve sales targets.
- Knows how to do weekly leads / sales report updates.
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
- At least 2 years of experience in Dubai real estate market
- Real estate agent\xe2\x80\x99s or Broker\xe2\x80\x99s license (RERA) is a plus
- Valid UAE Driving License is a must.
- Knowledgeable in MS Office (Word/Excel/Power Point)
- Excellent command and highly proficient in spoken and written English.
- Active in social media.
- Ability to create a strong network in the Real Estate Industry
- Knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
- Knowledgeable with Developer Off-Plan projects
- Determine clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Assist the prospective client in buying off-plan properties
- Have a strong personality and high negotiation skills
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters
- Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services (social media marketing).
- Able to do weekly leads report updates
- Must be aware of RERA rules and regulations
- Ability to create a strong network in the Real Estate Industry
- Knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
- Have strong personality high negotiation skills
- Be creative with strategies to promote listings and encourage prospect clients
- Assist the prospect client in renting and/or buying off-plan and/or secondary market properties
- Manage the negotiations between buyers and sellers
- Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
- Contact property owners and advertise services to solicit property sales listings.
- Must be aware of RERA rules and regulations.
