Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell off-plan properties from leading developers in Dubai.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their investment goals.
Provide clients with expert guidance on market trends, investment opportunities, and payment plans.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.
Follow up on leads provided by the company and generate new business opportunities.
Negotiate and close deals professionally and ethically.
Maintain a deep understanding of real estate laws, procedures, and project updates.
Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in Dubai real estate, preferably in off-plan sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate market and investment trends.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
Fluent in English (Arabic, Russian, French, or other languages is a plus).
Valid UAE driving license and car preferred.
