Job Description

Minimum

1 year of experience

in the

Dubai real estate market

(Off-Plan sales preferred) Strong knowledge of

Dubai off-plan projects, developers, and market trends

Proven ability to

generate leads

, manage client portfolios, and close deals Excellent

communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Client-focused mindset with a strong

sales and results-driven attitude

Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team Professional appearance and conduct at all times Proficiency in

CRM systems

, Microsoft Office, and real estate platforms Ability to conduct

property presentations, site visits, and client meetings

Strong follow-up and relationship management skills Fluent in

English

(Arabic or additional languages is an advantage) Valid

UAE driving license

and own car is preferred Knowledge of

RERA regulations

and Dubai real estate compliance is a plus
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
