Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and professional Property Consultant to join our expanding team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a solid understanding of the UAE property market, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle. This role involves generating leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and maintaining long?term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients throughout the buying, selling, and investment process Conduct property viewings, presentations, and client consultations Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities Promote and present off?plan and ready properties from leading UAE developers Negotiate and close sales transactions in line with company standards Maintain an updated database of listings, leads, and market activity Build and sustain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and investors Collaborate with the marketing team to support listing promotions and campaigns Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Represent the company professionally at events, exhibitions, and client meetings

Requirements

Previous experience in real estate sales in the UAE (Abu Dhabi experience preferred) Strong knowledge of local communities, developers, and market dynamics Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and confident client?facing presence Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle Real estate certification is an advantage Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus
