Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties.
Generate leads through calls, networking, property visits, and referrals.
Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information to clients.
Prepare property listings with photos, descriptions, and pricing.
Maintain a strong understanding of the Bahrain real estate market, prices, and trends.
Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
Manage client inquiries and provide timely follow-ups.
Build and maintain a database of clients and property listings.
Coordinate with landlords, developers, and internal teams to complete transactions.
Ensure all documents, contracts, and agreements are prepared accurately.
Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets set by management.
Qualifications & Skills:
1-3 years of experience in real estate or sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Strong knowledge of Bahrain's property market (advantage).
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
Valid Bahrain driving license preferred.
Confident, professional, and well-presented personality.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems).
Preferred:
Real estate experience in Bahrain.
Existing network of property owners and clients.
