We are seeking a

highly motivated and professional Property Consultant

to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and the ability to close deals effectively in a fast-paced, competitive market.

As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert advice, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns. Advise clients on current market conditions, property values, and investment opportunities. Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry to deal closure. Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers between buyers and sellers. Maintain strong knowledge of Dubai's real estate laws, trends, and market developments. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business. Coordinate with the marketing team to promote listings and enhance visibility. Prepare contracts, MoUs, and other required documentation in compliance with RERA.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Property Consultant or Real Estate Agent in Dubai. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of the Dubai property market and RERA regulations. Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus). Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred. RERA certification is an advantage.
