REQUIREMENTS:
- Mandate sales experience
- Ability to network and make good rapport with existing accounts and source new accounts
- Willingness to earn and can start working on commission basis
- Up to date working knowledge of Dubai Real Estate market
- Valid UAE Driver\xe2\x80\x99s License/Own Vehicle
- An attractive commission package (commission-based but a lucrative role)
- A quarterly review and incentives on sales targets achieved.
- Full Admin and marketing support
- Regular training and development sessions
- Diversified, friendly, and lively work environment
- Determine client\xe2\x80\x99s property requirements and financial abilities to recommend the right property investment
- Perform comparative market analysis and proposed estimated selling or rental price of property
- Request documents from property and prepare documents for sales deal and advertisements
- Acquire property listings and regularly update the team for availability
- Keep informed of the latest practices and policies in Dubai real estate
