As a Property consultant, your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: \xe2\x80\xa2 Arrange Property Listings regularly through personal networking. \xe2\x80\xa2 Actively be involved in the sale/rental of residential properties. \xe2\x80\xa2 Apply knowledge of the market to buyers and sellers, constantly seeking new ways to improve yourself. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with line manager on a regular basis to ensure all processes are on track and seek advice when needed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Arranging an appointment with the company\'s in-house Photographer to take the latest pictures of the property, ensuring quality listings are advertised. \xe2\x80\xa2 Always stay informed about the real estate market trends and be familiar with the current pricing for rental as well as the sale value of a property. \xe2\x80\xa2 Actively seek new ways to obtain listings and make yourself more known in the market. \xe2\x80\xa2 Utilise all marketing/social platforms and in house talent to support with your personal needs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Always give options to buyers/tenants for their property search and try to cross-sell/up-sell, ensuring the best option is always offered to clients and not left without anything. \xe2\x80\xa2 Take prospective buyers to inspect properties and advise them on the merits of properties and terms of sale. \xe2\x80\xa2 Promote sales of properties through our advertisement channels, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.Requirements

• Proven working experience as a Property Consultant or Real Estate Agent \xe2\x80\xa2 In-depth knowledge of Dubai\'s Real Estate market trends and property laws \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication and negotiation skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong sales, networking, and marketing abilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Customer-oriented and results-driven approach \xe2\x80\xa2 UAE driving license and own vehicle is preferred \xe2\x80\xa2 Additional language is a bonus
