We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Consultant to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, and must have a deep understanding of the property market and excellent negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties
Conduct market research to stay updated with property trends and prices
Schedule and conduct property viewings
Provide clients with guidance on legal and financial aspects of property transactions
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property owners
Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and contracts
Meet sales targets and contribute to team goals
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
