Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Learn and promote the entire product range, especially new specialty products
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Handle grievances to preserve the company\xe2\x80\x99s reputation
- Go the \xe2\x80\x9cextra mile\xe2\x80\x9d to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
- Minimum of 3-6 months of experience in Real Estate.
- Must be in UAE
- Driving License and own vechicle mandatory.
- Fluent in English communication. Any other language is a plus.
- Qualification - Diploma/ Gradutaion or above.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
