fresher Property Consultants

who are passionate about real estate and have a strong desire to learn and grow. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to switch careers and gain hands-on experience in the property market. You'll receive comprehensive training and mentorship to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in identifying their property needs and provide suitable recommendations Conduct site visits and property tours with prospective buyers or tenants Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, locations, and property listings Build relationships with clients through excellent customer service and regular follow-ups Coordinate with developers, property owners, and internal teams to manage listings Learn to negotiate deals and prepare basic documentation under supervision Support senior consultants in day-to-day operations and lead generation

Qualifications & Skills:

Recent graduate (any discipline); background in business, marketing, or real estate is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced industry Basic understanding of property and real estate (training will be provided) Good organizational and time management skills Professional appearance and a customer-first attitude Own vehicle and driving license (preferred but not mandatory, depending on location)
