Property Consultants

to join our high-performing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for real estate, and the drive to achieve success in a competitive market.

You will be responsible for generating leads, providing property advice to clients, and closing successful transactions in Dubai's vibrant property sector.

key Responsibilities:

Actively source new clients through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives. Promote and market properties through various channels, including digital platforms. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgage options. Arrange viewings and conduct professional property tours with clients. Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, laws, and regulations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a

Property Consultant / Real Estate Agent

in Dubai (Off-plan or Secondary Market).
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with Dubai real estate laws and regulations.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and target-driven.
Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
Valid UAE driving license and access to a car (preferred).
