We are currently seeking a highly motivated Property Consultant to join our team. As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new business and advising clients on property purchases. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Generating new business through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques \xc2\xb7 Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients \xc2\xb7 Advising clients on property purchases and providing expert knowledge on off-plan projects \xc2\xb7 Conducting property viewings with potential clients \xc2\xb7 Negotiating and closing sales deals \xc2\xb7 Meeting and exceeding sales targets \xc2\xb7 Communicating with management and team members to provide regular updates on sales progress Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Minimum 1 year experience in real estate market of dubai \xc2\xb7 Rera (Optional) Why UWRE
