Key Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting in the villa community .
Conduct market research, valuations, and stay updated on UAE real estate trends.
Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing.
Guide clients through the legal, financial, and procedural steps of transactions.
Negotiate and close deals while ensuring smooth and transparent transactions.
Build long-term relationships by providing exceptional client service.
Maintain accurate records of listings, contracts, and client interactions.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (Real Estate preferred; luxury sales/service also considered).
English fluency is a must; additional languages such as Russian, Persian, Chinese, or European languages are a plus.
UAE driving license required. RERA license is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills.
