The Property Consultant is responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, leasing, or investing in properties. The role involves networking with potential clients, conducting property viewings and inspections, preparing market analysis, negotiating terms and conditions, and providing expert advice on market trends, legal requirements, and financing options.
Requirements
Excellent consulting and communication skills Proven track record of sales achievements, negotiation skills, and customer satisfaction Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and industry practices Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms Certification in Real Estate and/or Property Management is a plus Fluency in English is essential. Spoken Arabic, or any other language, is a plus Preferably with valid UAE Driver's license
