Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties
Generate leads through networking, referrals, portals, and company databases
Conduct property viewings and provide market insights to clients
Negotiate offers, close deals, and ensure smooth transaction processes
Maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors
Stay updated with current market trends, pricing, and legal requirements
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of real estate experience in the UAE
(mandatory)
Strong understanding of Dubai property market and RERA regulations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-driven, target-oriented, and professional attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid UAE driving license preferred
