Trixis Real Estate LLC is a fast-growing Dubai-based brokerage specializing in premium off-plan and secondary market properties. We are seeking driven, high-performing Off-Plan Real Estate Agents who thrive in a competitive, commission-focused environment and are ready to scale their careers.

Key Responsibilities

Market and sell off-plan properties to investors and end-users Advise clients on new project launches, investment opportunities, and flexible payment plans Generate, manage, and close qualified leads effectively Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and developers Conduct client meetings, presentations, site visits, property viewings, and negotiations
Requirements

Minimum 6 months of real estate experience (mandatory off-plan experience) Strong knowledge of Dubai's off-plan market and developer payment structures Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills Highly motivated, target-driven, and performance-oriented mindset
