Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and passionate

Property Consultant

to join our Dubai team. You will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering a high level of professional service.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle client inquiries and provide expert advice on buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai and across the GCC. Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing channels. Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations. Stay up to date with market trends, pricing, and area developments. Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business. Coordinate with internal teams, developers, and external partners to ensure smooth transactions. Assist clients with documentation, RERA processes, and property handovers.

Requirements:

Experience in Dubai real estate is preferred (1-3 years). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Presentable, confident, and client-focused attitude. Knowledge of off-plan and secondary market properties. RERA certification or willingness to obtain it. UAE driving license and own car preferred.
