Key Responsibilities
Handle buyer and investor inquiries for
sales & off-plan properties
Conduct property presentations and site visits
Advise clients on investment opportunities and market trends
Negotiate prices and close deals efficiently
Maintain strong relationships with developers, clients, and investors
Update CRM with accurate client and deal information
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements (Mandatory)
Minimum 1 year experience
in real estate sales or off-plan projects
Strong knowledge of the local property market
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Target-driven and professional mindset
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Valid real estate experience (UAE experience preferred, if applicable)
Freshers without real estate experience will not be considered
