Trixis Real Estate LLC is a fast-growing Dubai-based brokerage specializing in premium off-plan and secondary market properties. We are seeking motivated and results-driven Off-Plan Real Estate Agents who are eager to grow, perform, and achieve exceptional earning potential in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

Market and sell off-plan properties to investors and end-users Advise clients on new project launches, investment opportunities, and flexible payment plans Generate, manage, and close qualified leads effectively Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and developers Conduct client presentations, property viewings, site visits, and negotiations
Requirements

Minimum 6 months of real estate experience (off-plan experience is mandatory) Strong knowledge of Dubai's off-plan market and developer payment structures Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills Highly motivated, target-oriented, and performance-driven mindset
