Property Consultant
Job Description
Conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and close deals with confidence
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities.
Find and reach out to new prospects
Negotiate terms and conditions of rental agreements on behalf of clients.
prepare review and ensure accuracy and legal compliance
Facilitate the signing process and manage paperwork through to deal closure
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, property owners, and industry professionals.
Meet the clients and understand their needs and preferences.
Match clients with suitable properties and organize property viewings.
Requirements and qualifications
Minimum one year of experience in the real estate industry (freshers with a passion for real estate would also be welcomed)
Professional appearance and client-focused attitude
Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of additional languages would be preferred.
Confident, proactive, and driven by performance and targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a personable and approachable attitude.
A passionate, goal-oriented, and hardworking individual with strong perseverance to achieve targets and excel in a competitive environment.
