Responsibilities:
Contacting prospective and existing clients
Responding to inquiries regarding our company and property portfolio
Identifying and understanding customer requirements
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and industry partners
Negotiating and closing sales
Implementing effective marketing strategies to promote company properties.
Requirements:
Experience in real estate field
Strong understanding of sales trends
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
