Key Responsibilities

Specialize in

off-plan property sales

and advise clients on new project launches and investment opportunities Generate, qualify, and convert leads into successful closings Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and internal teams Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings Stay up to date with market trends, pricing, and developer offerings Negotiate and close deals while ensuring exceptional customer experience Maintain accurate records and follow company CRM processes

Requirements

Minimum 6 months of experience

as a Real Estate Agent (Off-Plan experience is mandatory) Strong understanding of off-plan projects, payment plans, and developer processes Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
