Generate and manage property listings for sale and lease
Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, legal requirements, and investment opportunities
Conduct property viewings and inspections
Negotiate offers between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
Prepare and manage documentation including MOUs, Form A/B/F, tenancy contracts, and SPA coordination
Ensure compliance with RERA, DLD, Trakheesi, and Ejari regulations
Coordinate with banks, mortgage advisors, conveyancers, developers, and trustees
Maintain accurate records of clients and transactions in the CRM system
Achieve agreed sales and leasing targets
Build and maintain a strong client database through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
Stay updated on Dubai real estate laws, projects, and market trends
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum
1 year experience
in Dubai real estate (preferred)
RERA certification (preferred / or willingness to obtain)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Sales-driven with strong customer service orientation
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Proficient in CRM systems and property portals
