strictly for agents with Dubai real estate experience

Role Responsibilities
Generate new listings & manage landlord relationships Handle buyer/tenant inquiries professionally Conduct property viewings Negotiate offers & close deals Manage your CRM pipeline & follow-ups daily Understand the Dubai secondary market and pricing trends Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements (STRICT FILTERS)

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of Dubai Real Estate experience
?
Commission-only basis -- NO basic salary
?
Proven experience closing secondary market or leasing deals
?
Strong communication & negotiation skills
?
Professional attitude, ambition, and discipline
?
UAE driving license & car preferred
?
Fluent in English (additional languages are a bonus)

Month 1-3:
