The Role

Real Estate Sales Agent -- Secondary & Off-Plan | Dubai Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in Dubai Real Estate (Secondary or Off-Plan) About the Role We are expanding our team and looking for driven, results-oriented Real Estate Agents who are passionate about Dubai's dynamic property market. Whether your strength lies in secondary sales, off-plan, or both, we want professionals who can confidently guide clients, maintain strong relationships, and close deals in a competitive environment. Key Responsibilities o Manage and grow a personal portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors. o Conduct property viewings, market comparisons, and follow-ups with leads. o Advise clients on market trends, investment opportunities, and the full sales cycle. o Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and uphold company standards. o Collaborate with marketing and admin teams to optimize lead conversion. o Represent the company professionally in all client interactions. Requirements o Minimum 1 year experience in Dubai real estate (secondary, off-plan, or both). o Strong understanding of Dubai property laws, RERA requirements, and community knowledge. o Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. o Valid UAE driving licence & own car (preferred). o Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to manage time effectively. o Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Requirements

Candidate Requirements o Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai Real Estate (secondary, off-plan, or both) o Strong understanding of Dubai communities, market trends, and RERA regulations o Confident communication and negotiation skills o Ability to manage clients independently and work towards monthly targets o Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus Driver's Licence: o UAE driver's licence is preferred o Not mandatory
