We are seeking a motivated and dynamic

Property Consultant

to join our real estate team. This role requires strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in accordance with their requirements. Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance on market conditions and property values. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends, communities, and legal requirements. Negotiate and close deals professionally while ensuring customer satisfaction. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Coordinate with developers, landlords, and clients for smooth transactions. Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and meetings.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of Dubai experience in Real Estate. Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market, RERA laws, and brokerage procedures. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Presentable, professional, and customer-focused. RERA Certification is an advantage.
