Key Responsibilities

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties across Dubai. Conduct property viewings and market analysis for clients. Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research. Maintain and update listings, CRM records, and client interactions. Negotiate deals professionally and close transactions efficiently. Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and landlords. Stay updated with UAE real estate trends, communities, and regulations.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in the UAE

(mandatory). Strong understanding of Dubai property market, communities, and developers. Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English required; Arabic is a plus). Confident, presentable, and professional personality. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

Emirati candidates are highly preferred
