We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Property Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing professional guidance, and ensuring a smooth and positive real estate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify clients' needs and propose suitable property options. Conduct market research to stay updated on current property listings, trends, and prices. Arrange and conduct property viewings with clients. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Negotiate and close deals professionally and efficiently. Assist clients with documentation, contracts, and necessary approvals. Promote properties through marketing channels, social media platforms, and networking. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and deal progress. Represent Desert Rise Real Estate with professionalism and integrity in all dealings.
Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and sales skills. Ability to build rapport quickly with clients. Knowledge of Dubai real estate market is an advantage. Must be self-motivated, proactive, and goal-driven. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus). Valid UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory. Prior real estate experience is beneficial but not required -- training provided
