(minimum 1+ year) to join our dynamic and fast-growing team in Dubai. If you are motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about real estate, this is an excellent opportunity to grow within a reputable and expanding company.Key Responsibilities
Generate, manage, and convert qualified leads into successful sales Conduct property viewings, client meetings, and site inspections Understand client requirements and provide tailored property solutions Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and developers Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
Requirements
6 months to 1+ year of experience
in real estate sales within the UAE Solid understanding of the Dubai property market (Freehold, Off-plan, or Rentals) Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Confident, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset Candidates with sales backgrounds--particularly incredit card or personal loan sales
