We are looking for a driven and customer-focused

Property Consultant

to join our team. In this role, you will assist clients with buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, confident negotiator, and passionate about helping clients make informed real estate decisions.

Responsibilities

Assist clients in purchasing, renting, and selling properties. Conduct property tours, inspections, and client meetings. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and buyers. Provide updated information on market trends, pricing, and property availability. Negotiate offers and facilitate closing processes. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property transactions. Meet monthly and quarterly sales and performance targets.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Property Consultant or Real Estate Agent . Strong knowledge of the local real estate market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet sales goals. Proficiency with CRM tools and online property listing platforms. Own vehicle and valid driver's license (preferred).
