B - Key Duties
Develop a daily action plan with clear targets.
Generate property listings through networking, site visits, meetings, and cold calls.
Schedule and conduct property viewings, note client requirements, and follow up promptly.
Ensure all transactions comply with laws, regulations, and company policies.
Understand client needs, present tailored property options, and finalize deals.
Uphold ethics and integrity, providing honest feedback in all transactions.
