We, as one of the leading Real Estate Company in Dubai, are looking for

Property Consultant

to join our organization who will help buyers to navigate through each stage of finding their perfect residential or commercial space.

Duties & Responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:

Responsibilities:

-Assist clients in

buying, selling, and renting properties

based on their needs and preferences.

-Determining clients' needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.

-Actively promote and sell

off-plan and ready properties

from top developers

-Conduct

property viewings

, providing clients with detailed insights on pricing, layouts, and market trends.

-Build and maintain

strong relationships

with clients to generate referrals and repeat business

-Intermediate

negotiation processes

, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.

-Maintain an accurate database of clients, leads, and transactions using

CRM software.

-Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.

Requirements :

-UAE working experience for

1 - 3 years

as a Property Consultant or Real estate sales.

-Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.

-Familiarity with CRM systems and property listing platforms.

-UAE Driving License holder is a plus.

-Should possess pleasing personality, strong interpersonal & communication skills & should be voluble.

-Being Bilingual/Multilingual is a plus.
