Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Property Consultant to join our growing real estate team. As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and rent properties, ensuring a seamless transaction process while maintaining a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubai. Provide clients with accurate information on market conditions, prices, and mortgages. Guide clients through property tours, negotiations, and the closing process. Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement. Develop a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and trends. Handle property listings, ensuring they are up to date and effectively marketed. Work closely with internal teams to ensure clients receive the best possible service. Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets as per company guidelines.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Dubai. UAE Driving license and own car Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills. Knowledge of Dubai's property laws and regulations. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and in a team. Professional, enthusiastic, and highly motivated.
