Job Overview
We are seeking a
motivated and results-driven Property Consultant
to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will confidently manage client inquiries, deliver exceptional customer service, and convert leads into successful property sales.Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to all property inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media. Understand client needs and recommend suitable properties that match their requirements. Conduct property viewings and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients. Negotiate offers and close deals to achieve or exceed monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system. Stay updated on new listings, market trends, and project launches.
Requirements
Proven experience in real estate or a similar sales role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Confident in handling phone calls and converting leads into sales. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and target-driven mindset. Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage). Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred.
