Responsibilities
Oversee real estate transactions from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. Develop and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and other industry professionals. Conduct property valuations, listing presentations, and market analyses. Stay current with local market trends, zoning regulations, and financing options. Ensure compliance with RERA real estate laws and brokerage policies.

Real Estate Broker License
. Minimum2
yearsof experience in real estate sales or brokerage. Strong communication, and negotiation skills. Proven track record of successful transactions and satisfied clients. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset. Proficient in CRM systems and real estate marketing tools.What We Offer
