Your Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new opportunities in Dubai's off-plan property market
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and developers
Conduct professional presentations, site visits, and property tours
Negotiate and close deals while achieving monthly sales targets
Stay updated on market trends, new launches, and developer offerings
Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and project launches
What We're Looking For
Minimum 6 months of experience in Dubai's real estate market (off-plan preferred)
Proven sales track record with measurable results
Strong understanding of Dubai's property market and upcoming projects
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages such as Hindi, Marathi, Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Gujarati, Punjabi, or Bengali is an advantage
