Job Description
We are seeking for a professional and presentable
Owner's Representative
to showcase our properties to prospective buyers, brokers, and agents. The role involves presenting our villas with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring every viewing reflects the quality and prestige of our brand.The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a refined presentation style, and a strong understanding of the real estate market and client service etiquette.
Represent property owners during villa showings and site visits. Coordinate and schedule viewings with buyers, brokers, and agents. Present each property's features, layout, and benefits with accuracy and professionalism. Ensure the villas are prepared and presented to premium standards before each viewing. Gather client feedback and report to the sales or owner's management team. Support the overall sales process by maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
