As a Property Consultant, you will help clients navigate the exciting world of Dubai's real estate, specializing in both off-plan developments and secondary market properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Provide expert advice on off-plan developments and secondary market properties tailored to client needs. Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial consultation to post-sale support. Stay updated on market trends, property pricing, and new developments. Negotiate property prices and close deals efficiently. Conduct property viewings, attend client meetings, and represent Loft & Keys at events. Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and collective sales targets. Ensure all transactions comply with legal and administrative requirements.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year real estate experience. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about sales. Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously. Knowledge of Dubai's off-plan and secondary property markets. A valid driver's license. Chinese or Russian speakers preferably.
