Job Description
To join our thriving real estate team, we are currently looking for an experienced sales representative. We want to hear from you if you are passionate about sales, have a thorough understanding of the real estate market, and can provide first-rate customer service.
Responsibilities:
Create and keep a client list of people looking to buy or sell real estate. Give clients professional guidance on market trends, property values, and investment possibilities. actively look for new clients through networking, recommendations, and other innovative strategies. Showcase the features and advantages of properties by holding property viewings and presentations. Close deals and engage in negotiation to reach or surpass sales goals.
Requirements:
Proven track record of (1 years minimum.) in real estate sales, such as residential, , plots, etc.]. Strong understanding of Dubai's and India's real estate landscape, market dynamics, and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of other languages is a plus. Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
