Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and self-driven Real Estate Broker to join our team on a commission-only basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing real estate transactions in alignment with company objectives. This role is suited for individuals who are confident in their sales abilities, thrive in a performance-based environment, and are looking to maximize their income potential through commissions.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect, qualify, and manage leads to build a strong client base.
Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties.
Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and facilitate closing transactions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property values, and competition.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and property developers.
Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities.
Coordinate with legal, finance, and administrative teams to ensure smooth transactions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets to maximize commission earnings.
Minimum 2 years' experience in dubai
Language: Persian, Russian
Qualifications

Proven experience in real estate sales, brokering, or related field.
Valid Real Estate Broker or Salesperson license (as required by local law).
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
Good understanding of CRM systems, digital marketing, and online property platforms.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Access to own vehicle (preferred).
