Real Estate Consultant

to lead our sales team and contribute to our growth journey.

Key Responsibilities

? Assist clients in buying, selling while delivering exceptional customer service. ? Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and support clients through the closing process. ? Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate referrals and repeat business. ? Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities to advise clients effectively. ? Manage property listings and ensure accurate, appealing marketing of available properties. ? Prepare and maintain sales reports and provide regular updates on leads and transactions. ? Ensure compliance with RERA/DLD regulations and company policies at all times. ? Collaborate with team members and contribute to achieving overall sales targets.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Real Estate Consultant in the UAE real estate market. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of RERA/DLD rules and regulations (Broker Card is a plus). Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). UAE Valid Driving License (Mandatory)
